19.7 Standard Edition High Availability

Hi All,

This is my first time here and I apologize beforehand if I've done anything I'm not supposed to.

I have Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit running in a Windows environment. I would like to upgrade to 19c Standard Edition High Availability.

I assume I need to first install 19.3 Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Database software then patch with 19.7 Oracle Grid Infrastructure and Oracle Database software, but I find myself unable to download the necessary files. I follow patch 31204483 to the Oracle support site, but only see the software for other OS except windows. Where can find all the necessary 19.7 downloads for a windows OS?
