Hyperion Planning: In 11.2 Environment Encounter the RMI Error: "java.rmi.ConnectException

Hi All,

Recently we have installed EPM 11.2.2 version on Windows 2019 64-bit servers. When we are performing Cube refresh through command line getting below error message:

D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem2\Planning\planning1>CubeRefresh.cmd /A:Vision /U:Test1 /D /R

Enter administrator password:

Cube refresh failed with error: java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 10.206.196.52; nested exception is:

    java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect


But RMI service is running without any issues, we have followed the instructions mentioned in Doc ID 2662672.1 but unable to install dbclient 32 version on 64bit Win2019 servers.

When we have installed dbclient-32 successfully , the folder "dbclient32" is not visible in D:\Oracle\Middleware\ .
