Assignment of Org Specific Responsibility through generic role

We are implementing self-service Additional Access requests in User Management. Is there a way to set up roles so that a user will request a role, and inherit the responsibility based on which HR Organisation they belong to.

For example, set up the role 'Purchasing User', and link the responsibilities 'Purchasing, Company A' and 'Purchasing, Company B' as inherited on that role.

User then requests access to the Purchasing User role, and because their HR Org is Company A they are assigned the responsibility 'Purchasing, Company A'. In this way we need to set up only one registration process for the role, instead of one for each responsibility which obviously creates significant overhead.
