P42050 - CaféOne

I'm trying to build a café from P43070 (release order hold) application.

Requirement is to able to link within a Café1 this aplpication as main screen, with credit check W42050B and customer ledger inquiry (P03B2002) and Open order (W42050C)

I can make the lync expect on adress number and company, and it works execpt for credit check W42050B

Eventhough I can lync based on adress number, the screen in the café one remain empty, customer number is not passed through the screen.

What can I do in order for this to work? I assumed it's because the field is grey and not available for user entry.
