Oracle streams - ORA-01555 sporadic error

I apologize up front, I am new to oracle streams - but it was installed previously and is active in my current environment. The database is 11.2.0.4 (soon to be going to 19c) and the below errors have been logged in the alert log sporadically. There has been no noticeable issue at the time - but it seems to be part of the oracle stream process. The query durations seem very long, unless it is part of a process that is eventually failing/restarting.

I was curious if anyone has seen similar issues/errors logged using advanced queuing? and what may be best to look further into? - I have been searching for a while and I don't see many articles or issues with ORA-01555 errors associated
