Siebel 20.5 : Seed Migration Priority = Target

Hi Team,

We have created this system preference value in RR (QA) environment.

Seed Migration Priority = Target

After doing this, we did full RR migration from DR (dev) to RR (QA) environment.

newly added LOVs from Dev has below issue. Created By and Created on are showing same day they were created in DR env. Also created by is also copied from DR, so showing the row id. please find the screenshot of the issue below.

Please suggest if this behavior exists in vanilla ? Any known bug / issue ?
