Can we still proceed with switchover when "validate database " returned a misleading warning message

In the working Data Guard Broker environment (Oracle 12.1.0.2 E.E. RAC, Oracle Linux 6.9, ODA X5-2), dgmgrl "validate database <dbname>" returned a warning message "Warning: standby redo logs not configured for thread 0 on <db>". The full message is the following: "\

"DGMGRL> validate database "PRD3_PA"

 Database Role:   Physical standby database

 Primary Database: PRD3_NJ

 Ready for Switchover: Yes

Ready for Failover:  Yes (Primary Running)

 Flashback Database Status:

  PRD3_NJ: Off

  PRD3_PA: Off

 Current Log File Groups Configuration:

Thread # Online Redo Log Groups Standby Redo Log Groups Status

       (PRD3_NJ)        (PRD3_PA)

  0     18           0            Insufficient SRLs

Warning: standby redo logs not configured for thread 0 on PRD3_PA

Howdy, Stranger!
