Can we easily restrict students to self-service enroll thru Plan by My Requirements?

We're on Campus Solutions 9.2

We're allowing students to enroll themselves using their requirements, but the link from the main Student Center is defaulting to the Enrollment Shopping Cart. Once they get to the shopping cart they would have to click on My Planner then click Plan by My Requirements. We'd like to take them directly to the Plan by My Requirements.

On a related note: if we try to search from the shopping cart using the search by my requirement option, if a student has satisfied a requirement the search shows "None of the xxxxxxxxx courses are being offered this term" This a bug? Feature? ;-)
