ICX_CAT_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES - API

Hello,

Is there any API available to insert or update or delete records onto ICX_CAT_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES table?

Requirement is to update a custom base descriptor column from DFF of PO_LINES_ALL table .

Appreciate any insight or help.
