How to delete Unreceived Intransit Shipments sent from a CLOSED Inventory Org

Intransit Transactions were initiated from Org A to org B.

Org B did not receive those Intransit shipments and meanwhile Org A was Inactivated.

Finance does not want to reopen the Org A.

How do we delete the Pending Intransit Shipments from Org B?

Any delete scripts or recommendations?
