Name limitation displayed on W-2 PDF

We are in PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 35. This will be our first year processing W-2 PDF for our organization. In testing, we have noticed that employee names exceeding the 22 character mark, do not have their full names displayed on the year-end forms. Rather, it will display first/second initials, and full  last names. Is there a setting where we can expand the limitation on this?
