Was the Agile EC MCAD Connector toolbar in Solidworks removed?

We are working on upgrading from MCAD 3.5.0.1 & SolidWorks 2016 SP4 to MCAD 3.5.0.16 & SolidWorks 2019 SP5. In MCAD 3.5.0.1 & SolidWorks 2016 SP4, I had a toolbar with common MCAD commands. After upgrading to MCAD 3.5.0.16 & SolidWorks 2019 SP5, I no longer have a toolbar (commands are only available in Tools->Agile menu). Was the toolbar removed? Is there a way to get it back?
