Why does the OPRC didn't change from INSP to STK

Hello, i wanna ask for help here.

the problem: After i did the P43250, i found that the OPRC-operation code didn't change from INSP to STK. But the hand quantity of the F41021 was added and the F43121 also had records.

then I can find this order and select it and do the P43250 action again. So the hand quantity of the items will be duplicated after i do it.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem? I think it is a BUG of the JDE system.
