Upgrading from forms 11g to forms 12c

We want to upgrade our system from forms 11g to 12c but we have some questions

  1. What is the recommended migration tool
  2. Are there browser problems in forms 12c?
  3. How is image/picture visibility in 12c compared to earlier versions
