Where are attachments on PO receipts archived?

Hello,

I have the following requirement :

1. Make attachments mandatory on Service line POs
2. Need to archive these attachments on PO receipts

On 1, I think this can be achieved using forms personlization

On 2, where are these attachments stored on the server? I would like to know the location in the server where these PO receipt attachments are stored, so if we need to archive it to a location , we know the source directory. Is this possible. Has anyone done something similar to this ?
