How to add fixed pick location to F41021file

For auto replenishment all setup's done in system, but getting 3587 - Fixed Location Not Found error while running pick suggestion version of R46171 , is there any batch/automatic process (no manual addition of location to F41021 is required) available to insert/add pick location for which Fixed Pick location setup completed in P46012.

We are using JDE1 9.1.5
