How to create a internal material transfer using LIST PRICE from ORDER CLOUD MANAGEMENT?

I have a requirement of creating on OM CLOUD and Internal Material Transfers between Organizations from the same Business Unit using a list price but I haven't found available docs about this. Is it possible to price a IMT not based on item costs but on a sales price?How?
