What Oracle tools are available to print pdf documents that have been prepopulated from the database

Hi


We are hoping to be able to print a pdf document that has been prepopulated from Oracle using installed oracle tools.

The configuration is running Apex 5.1.3 from a standard Edition 12.2.0.1 database (which will be upgraded to v19c in the near future). Has anyone done this and what tools/method did you use to do it ? It must be a normal thing to do and so I guess there are already installed tools/methods to produce a formatted form from the database that can be signed and filed.

Suggestions gratefully received.
