Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Everyone,

This is to announce that we are deprecating Schema as a Service in Enterprise Manager. (Reference KM Doc 2724921.1)

This applies to:

Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database

Enterprise Manager Cloud Management Pack

What is being deprecated:

Schema as a Service feature provided by Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Management Pack.

Impact:

With the 13.5 release of Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c, users will not be able to setup Schema as a Service Self Service model.

What is the replacement or workaround

Customers who are using Schema as a Service shall move to PDB (Multitenant) as a Service model for better consolidation and isolation.
