Management Services and Repository target not found, after migrating repository database to new host

Hi,

Our OEM is at release 13.3. There is one oms server.

The oms server was on the same server with the repository database. Last week I moved the repository database to a different host, oms was not moved. Now

When I open setup > Manage cloud control > repository > oms and repository drop down menu, select repository > open tab Metrics, I got following error

ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "SYSMAN.EM_MTM_REPOS", line 123 ORA-06512: at line 1

When I open setup > Manage cloud control > repository > oms and repository drop down menu, select Target Setup > Monitoring Configuration, I got these errors

ORA-01403: no data found
