I have recently upgrade my grid cluster from 12.1.0.2 to 19.3.0, 

i See the following entries in my crsctl output,there are 40 databases running on this two node cluster on oel 7 with the 19c grid installed, 

ora.LISTENER.lsnr

     ONLINE INTERMEDIATE Server1      Not All Endpoints Registered,STABLE

        ONLINE ONLINE    Server2      STABLE

ora.LISTENER_NDE.lsnr

        ONLINE ONLINE    Server1      STABLE

        ONLINE INTERMEDIATE Server2      Not All Endpoints Registered,STABLE

the db's are able to connect from the client.i see the status "Not All Endpoints Registered,STABLE"

kindly confirm if it need to be adderessed to make it as online?
