Crashing of Primavera Risk Analysis

Product Name: Primavera Risk Analysis

Version:  8.7.0056

Use Windows 10 Enterprise

Recently the software crashed after trying to run risk analysis.  I have re-install it and it works at first but after a day when the laptop is turned on, the crashing issue reappears. The software can open files but cannot do other functions like saving file, modify/ save calendar, run risk analysis etc.

Please assist.
