installadm create-service fails, but why?

My Solaris 11.3 repo was deleted in error and was working

okay before. I have had several repo's configured ....... Solaris 11.0, 11.1,

11.2 with no issues and I also have an 11.4 repo and again with no issues

creating the Solaris services. I have created another Solaris 11.3 repo which

seems to complete okay, however when trying to create a service it fails and I

don’t understand the error and cannot find any info on this so any help on this

would be appreciated. Command used …..…… installadm create-service -n
