How to mark all project enterprise resources as 'Manage resource availability and staffing'?

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

we would like to use pool resource functionality base on department.

is it possible to do mass update for all resources and mark 'Manage resource availability and staffing' -currently I set it one by one and I have an hundreds of resources to manage.

Please advice,
