Tasks not showing in Pre approved batch for which 100% is not setup

Hi,

we are using seeded Billing extension Percentage complete Invoicing and Percentage complete Revenue and using Distribution rule 'Event/Event' , for this we have setup Financial Percent complete for Tasks, baselined the approved cost & revenue budget , when entering pre approved batch not able to see the Tasks name for which 25 & 50 % is completed

whether I need to define work plan setups also for progress of the task?

can you please share the steps /white paper to implement the solution
