Draft revenue lines were deleted by the user

Draft revenue lines were created, but revenue couldn't generate, and period won't close. 'rejection reason:

'CUSTOMER ON CREDIT HOLD' - When the 'credit hold' flag is checked for the attached customer and generate revenue process is run.

I have fixed that problem, but when run PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a single Project" those draft lines were deleted and new revenue line created with revenue generated. There is now 9 revenue lines are missing from the Revenue Review form, and I still can't close the period due to error: Please run PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events concurrent program. When I run it, the report is blank. How we can bring back those missing revenue lines?
