Want to cancel unbilled quantity of po line and then create new distribution line for the cance qty

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dears,

I want technical approach for the below tasks.

1)I have po with unbilled quantity, want to cancel the unbilled quanity of this line.

2)After the above task need to create new distirbution line with unbilled quanity with new charge account.

Please assist on this.
