Latest version of OEL to support an 18c (18.0.0.3) install?

What is the metalink doc id that describes the latest version of OEL that you can deploy Oracle 18.0.0.3 in a RAC configuration? The install docs for 18c say OEL 7.5. I want to go with the latest supported release.
