We encountered the only disk dismount issues in our entire DB servers while SAN storages power off .

We encountered the only disk dismount in our entire Tierpoint environment in our production DB environment only.  


We need someone to review DB server logs attached

and look at the disk errors and see why they dismounted. Even if one of SAN controllers reboots or switches roles these LUNs should have multipath to both SAN controllers.  


The first power event happened between 10AM-10:30AM EST. The second one was between 5:45-6:15PM EST. 


We need to figure out why they dismounted.


Please find the attached file and open it notepad++ for better view to understand the logs from DB server .
