How to send an SMS to WR Creator for Oracle eAM?

I have a requirement. Based on the call i log a Service Request/WR. Once WR is created i need to send an SMS to Requestor to Acknowledge . Is there any integration document to achieve this functionality from EAM(not mobile eAM).
