1099 - Payer name not printing on top part of pdf

Hi, We are on version 9.2, image 23. We are using the delivered process for producing 1099's for the first time this year (for 2020 data). When we printed some 1099 forms using 2019 data, the Payer name and address doesn't print on the top portion of the pdf. It prints in the box on the form itself. The vendor/supplier name and address prints just above the instructions. Is there a way to have the Payer name and address print on the top part of the form so that it would display in a
