Creating ODA appliance failed with error "No such a method 'setSystemTimezoneUsingTimeDatectl; in class: com.oracle.dcs.agent.rpc.service.timezone.TimzoneActions

I use 'America/Toronto' which exists in the list-timezone. I also use timedatectl set-timezone America/Toronto

Please help.
