Create Accounting ends in error xla_accounting_pkg.ValidateAAD. ORA-0000 Error Message

EBS Payables 12.2.6

Ap Create Accounting ends in error today and was working Ok last week.

No patches haev been applied.

Error is :

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.ValidateAAD. ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

The application accounting definition Accrual Basis owned by Oracle is not validated. Please validate the application accounting definition or update the application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting method Standard Accrual.

But the AAD is valid and I ran the validation process again and all came back as Valid.

I checked for invalid objects and there are three:

XLA_00200_AAD_S_000002_PKG APPS INVALID
