Where do set up off-set accounts for AP/PO Write-off Accrual? Oracle r12.1

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

I know where the accrual accounts are set up, but when I have tried to trace the offset accounts for the accrual accounts, the only one I can find for sure is the Inventory, but not the WIP and Expense Accounts. Can you direct me to the configuration setups, please?
