Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Pleasee can explain us litle more about:

1_Fastpath NN ot P0002. Select System 02 Electronic Mailing. Reset Serk Assignment Next Number back to 1.

2_f0002 is blocked infinitely until we kill the session that causes the block.

how to know DB side was table lock?
