Is it possible to replicate from rbdms 19 using ogg 19 to ogg hotcache 12.1?

Hi, we have source database 19, ogg extract on 19, pump running on ogg 19 and ogg hotcache on 12.1 (our coherence installed version wont allow 12.3 or higher ogg hotcache). Under that conditions we get


 ERROR OGG-01332 File ./dirdat/az000000000, with compatibility level 7, is not compatible with the current software version's compatibility level of 5. Modify the file writer's parameter file to generate the appropriate format using the FORMAT LEVEL 5 option.


We have tried extract on ogg 19.1.0.0.4 with format release 12.3

Pump on ogg 12.3.0.1 with format release 12.1

And ogg 12.2.0.1 on the hotcache side, but similar error:
