How to report revision history on a Oracle Attribute

Does Oracle manage audit history at the attribute level? For example, if one of the Oracle defined attributes are updated on item does Oracle log a record for this update. I am trying to identify who changed a certain attribute (BacktoBackEnabled) on an Item via SQL but cannot find any Oracle tables that manage revision history at the attribute level.
