in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered ✓

OMS and OMR are 13.4 on Linux Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.9 (Maipo)

emctl secure oms -console -protocol "TLSv1.2"

This appeared to be successful, but bringing up BIP failed.

Any insights?
