Lease Accounting - How do you set the Recalculate Lease Liability to a value of 2

In P15171, we need to use the row exit for "Terminate Early" and it is not appearing. I think it's because the Recalculate Lease Liability is set to 1 and needs to be a 2. How do I get it to a 2?
