How to download a Previous Database Release Software?

A client needs to implement the RAC (which was not operating yet) on a new machine and for that we need Clusterware installers and the DB RAC 12 R2 for OEL 7.8, the problem is that in the Oracle page to download the media I see this message:

 

Previous Database Release Software

Oracle Database Enterprise Edition 10.2, 11.x, 12.x, and 18c are no longer available for download. The software is available as a media or FTP request for those customers who own a valid Oracle Database product license for any edition. To request access to these releases, follow the instructions in Oracle Support
