How will the Escalation Monitor Batch in Work Flows work for halt processes
Hi,
I have one custom work flow having a "Halt" task added to it. But after the expiry time the workflow is not resumed so as per the guidelines if one manually trigger the "Escalation Monitor Batch" using Work flow operations tab in Workflow design aid it is triggering back. So inorder to avoid this manual step how this has to be scheduled?
The issue is not happening in DV but in other environments happening. How to troubleshoot this any leads please
Recently customer went on tool update to 9.2.4.3.
