What is next for Scope App

The Scope App within OPC is almost there over two years without any enhancement. We are still waiting it to be streamlined. It is a nice idea but not usable with that WBS-WP- Scope Item- Scope assignment maze.

Will it be improved or share the same faith with some other apps.
