Fraud
Hello,
I tried to contact Oracle support and, after failures through chat and email, the only option left was a telephone call. The call is not for free, but I had no idea about the costs. After waiting 25 minutes not being attended, I had to hang up, and today I have received charges of 12.5€ from my communications provider. This means that Oracle has charged me for a service NOT provided. Anyone with the same problem? Does anyone know how to proceed and claim that amount to Oracle?
