Hyperion patch version check

How do you get the exact patch version check that is used for the Hyperion components,

like for example the 700 in 11.1.2.4.700 ?

Metalink tells me to run "opatch lsinventory", but that has no such info. It does of course list all of the individual patches that are applied, but there must be a tool or function that maps the numbers to the patch levels.

Where is that ? It seems to be hard to find, yet Oracle lists these numbers constantly.

Additional question: how does "opatch" verify these ? Does it ?
