How to display image (from server location) in XML template?

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to store images of approver signatures in the server location and print these images dynamically in the XML report output based on the approver name parameter selection. In the XML output, we could see the exact server location of the image. But not sure how print selected image in the report. Please advise.

Example,

Approver1 : /appltop/ERPDEV/apps12.2/fs_ne/EBSapps/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media/Approver1.jpg

Approver2 : /appltop/ERPDEV/apps12.2/fs_ne/EBSapps/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media/Approver2.jpg

Approver3 : /appltop/ERPDEV/apps12.2/fs_ne/EBSapps/comn/java/classes/oracle/apps/media/Approver3.jpg
