Stop Order from processing

Our requirement is stop the non shippale line from progressing till the hold is released from the line.

Can any one help which activity should be used so it stops the workflow at the step when line on hold but resume the processing automatically once hold is released

What is difference between each

WF_STANDARD.BLOCK,WF_STANDARD.WAIT, OE_STANDARD_WF.STANDARD_BLOCK


I want the line to be progressing as soon as hold gets released so workflow should keep executing the hold activity step to check if line on hold
