Not able to pass "Automatic File Validation"

I've opened a SR. The "Automatic File Validation" needs a output of "opatch lsinventory" regarding Note: 2508014.1 "Data Collection for Oracle Database Patch Conflicts on Unix" . No matter what I upload the "Automatic File Validation" always rejected the update with:

"We have not recognized any of the following item/s in the attachment/s: - "Text output from lsinventory" [ESSENTIAL] "

No chance to inform the engineer about that. All updates of the SR were ignored until to pass the File validation.

Any Ideas?

edit: Meanwhile I could reach the engineer via chat. Now he has accepted the uploaded files.
