Patch Pre-Check Report failing - OPatch cannot run as root

Hello,

I am trying to update our ODA(X7-2S) from its current version 19.8 to the latest version 19.9.

I encountered an error in the prepatch report.

It is failing at "Validate supported GI versions" with the following message:

Internal error encountered: Fail to run the opatch command : The user is root. OPatch cannot continue if the user is root. OPatch failed with error code 255.

First I thougt that maybe some SUID permissions are not set correctly, but I could not find any.

Can you help me or give me some advice how I can solve or troubleshoot the issue.
