Generic email instead of personal emails

Good Morning!

Currently when the prepay auditor sends an expense report back to the employee, it shows up as the individuals work email. We would like to use a generic mailbox instead but don't see an option to change the email.

Do you know if there is one available or if we need to create a customization to complete this?
