Hello, 
I have a question about the license for DB 12.1.0.2 according to the note
 'Extended Support License Uplift Fee Waiver for Oracle Database 12.1 and 11.2 for Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 2522948.1)' 
I do not need an extended support license to install patches on DB 
e.g. Patch 31550110: DATABASE PATCH SET UPDATE 12.1.0.2.201020 
I can't download because it's only for those who have purchased extended support.
As it really is with this, I have to buy extended support with Oracle EBS 12.2 ??
